Our services are competitively priced and we provide a flat fee for many services. For example, the legal fee for an Ontario Corporation is $650.00 plus gst. This fee includes Articles of Incorporation and all organizational documents including by-laws, resolutions and ledgers and registers required by law. The cost of the ministry filing fee, name searches, and a Minute Book are in addition to the legal fee.

Wills & Estates

We provide a full range of Estate Planning and Estate administration services. We provide Will and Power of Attorney drafting services as well as assisting Estate Trustees or Executors in obtaining a Certificate of Appointment (probate) from the Court and we can also assist you in administering the Estate.

Our services are competitively priced. For example, the cost of a simple Will and a Power of Attorney for Property and a Power of Attorney for Personal Care for an individual is $300.00 plus gst, and for a couple, $500.00 plus gst. Costs can differ if you require trust provisions or complex provisions beyond those normally contained in a simple Will.

Civil & Estate Litigation

If you or your company needs to go to court as a Plaintiff or Defendant for matters involving contractual disputes, payment of debts, mortgage default, shareholder or partner disputes, commercial landlord and tenant, estate disputes, or Will challenges, we will help you achieve results in the shortest time possible.

Our clients are always encouraged to try and resolve their matrimonial difficulties without the added expense of going to court.
